History of Bad Design:

Here you have my unfortunate first after effects animation. Its long, poorly made, and the voice over is terrible. Researching for this project was a lot of fun, but I struggled so much with the new software that the final product really shows that. Many of my illustrations are rushed and i’m not happy with this one at all.

I felt I should still include it here, as it was an important milestone for me. Someday I’ll recreate this one, and it’ll be something I can be proud of.

Motion Test Hanzo:

Originally I was majoring in animation, learning to do stop motion and such. I didnt end up sticking with that, but I really enjoyed this Hanzo puppet I made. The game overwatch had just come out and I thought he was a funny dude. I sculpted him out of polymer clay, and made his body out of plasticine, created a plaster mold, then cast it in laytex. I glued his chest onto a foam and wire form, and the plan was to eventually cloth e the rest of him.
